In order for our practice to prescribe scheduled controlled pharmaceuticals for your pet, you must provide us a copy of your government ID such as a drivers license. Dr. Mason reserves the right to deny any controlled presciption based on her medical evaluation of your pet. Starting in 2021, we will be assigning a $6 charge for each controlled medication issued to your pet. This charge is for the time required for intense record keeping issued by the DEA. We appreciate your patience with our practice and these new changes on in prescribing medicine for your pet. Below is a typical list of controlled drugs that we prescribe for your pet. This list is incomplete for all controlled medications.
