In order for our practice to prescribe scheduled controlled pharmaceuticals for your pet, you must provide us a copy of your government ID such as a drivers license. Dr. Mason reserves the right to deny any controlled presciption based on her medical evaluation of your pet. Starting in 2021, we will be assigning a $6 charge for each controlled medication issued to your pet. This charge is for the time required for intense record keeping issued by the DEA.
