Please Contact My office and a receptionist will assist you. I typically return your call within 30 minutes.
(304) 340-1401During routine business hours, we will return your call typically within 30 minutes. If there is an alternate number, such as a cell phone, that you would like us to call, please provide that number to the phone receptionist.
We will attempt to return all calls within a few minutes of your request. However, due to limited cell service in the field or in the case that we are busy with a patient, we may be delayed in calling you back.
Please page us again if we have failed to return your call in a timely fashion – you are never bothering us!

In Case Of An EMERGENCY
If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, please contact me through the answering service 304-340-1404 and tell the phone receptionist that you have a veterinary emergency. I will contact you within minutes. Our current clients (animal has been seen in our practice in the past 12 months) take priority on emergencies. We always recommend that if you have an emergency, contact your regular veterinarian first to assist you.
